¿How to Request Special Assistance?

- One of our service agents will inform you of what you need to do.

Types of Assistance Available:
- Wheelchair assistance at the airport:
- Transfer to and from the boarding gate.
- Assistance during flight connections
- Accompaniment to the baggage claim area.
- Assistance for passengers with hearing, visual, cognitive, or developmental
disabilities:- Please remember that you must travel with an accompanying person.
- Travel with service animals:
- Notify us of your intention to travel with a service animal at least 48 hours before the
flight to coordinate the necessary details.

Special Needs Form - CM Airlines
We recommend informing us of your special needs at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before your flight. This will allow us to coordinate the necessary services and ensure that your travel experience is as pleasant as possible.
