ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

CM Airlines S. de R.L. (“CM Airlines”) respects users’ privacy and their control over personal information. This Policy establishes the procedures, scope, and conditions applicable to the deletion of accounts associated with the CM Airlines Mobile Application and the official CM Airlines Website.

Mobile App Account Deletion

Users of the CM Mobile App may request the deletion of their account and associated information through the functionalities enabled within the mobile application, when available.

Account deletion may result in:
a) loss of access to the mobile application;
b) deletion or deactivation of the user profile;
c) removal of preferences, settings, and profile-related information;
d) loss of access to functionalities, records, or benefits associated with frequent flyer programs or related services;
e) anonymization or partial deletion of certain information, where applicable.

Website Profile Deletion

Users of the official CM Airlines website may request the deletion of their profiles and associated information in accordance with the mechanisms available within the platform and the applicable Company policies.

Profile deletion may limit or prevent access to certain digital services, booking histories, purchase processes, inquiries, or other functionalities related to the user’s digital experience.

Scope and Limitations

The deletion of an account or profile does not necessarily imply the immediate or absolute removal of all records associated with the user.

CM Airlines may retain certain information where required by legal, tax, regulatory, aviation, operational, contractual, security, fraud prevention, audit, financial reconciliation, or competent authority requirements in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Honduras.

Additionally, certain technical, operational, transactional, or historical information may remain temporarily stored in backup systems, audit logs, security systems, or integrated third-party platforms in accordance with applicable retention periods.

Validation and Processing

In order to protect account security and reasonably verify the identity of the requester, CM Airlines may apply internal validation procedures before processing the requested deletion.

Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the case, security validations, and applicable obligations.
